I’m Dr. Nichelle Dionne, a dedicated educator, advocate, and technologist with over 40 years of experience in Information Technology. My journey has been shaped by a profound passion for technology, an unwavering commitment to education, and a deeply personal connection to neurodivergence.
My Story
I began my career in technology at a time when computers were just beginning to shape the world. Writing my first line of code in 1984 sparked a lifelong fascination with technology’s power to transform lives. Along the way, I earned a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, a Master’s in Training and Development, and a Doctorate in Management Information Systems (MIS).
As a teenage mom, I navigated the challenges of early motherhood while building a career and completing my education. With the support of my “village,” I was able to achieve my goals and am proud to say I raised two incredible sons, one who is a software developer.
In my mid-50s, I was diagnosed with ADHD Combination, a discovery that was as illuminating as it was empowering. This new understanding of myself inspired me to combine my expertise in technology with strategies for success that embrace neurodivergence.
